Over the years, I have come to known Steve as a hard-working, innovative professional who thinks critically and strategically as he supports teams to learn, grow, and contribute. Steve designed a strengths-based training for my team at Merced College. From the start, Steve was organized, professional, and innovative. He embraced meeting individually with our 10-person team and I heard very positive feedback from the individual and group meetings. At the team session, Steve was relatable and engaging.
