Training Plan January 2012

As I continue getting ready for the LA Marathon I move into level 3 of my training program. This means I will be running 40-50 miles a week, 1 Insanity workout, 2 P90x workouts, and 3 days of ab work. It is intense and very hard to keep up with but I am doing my best and the hard work is paying off. I keep working towards my goal of completing my first marathon in sub four hours.
